How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service [email@example.com or 888-230-3300] to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
Refunds will be given for purchases that have been returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be in "like new" condition and is complete with all it's original packaging. A %15 restocking fee applies to all headset purchases because we can not resell the headset as new. Shipping and handling charges to and/or from customer will not be refunded.
